Bernstein on Broadcom: Custom AI Demand Broadens Beyond Google — OP, $575 TP

Bernstein kept Broadcom (AVGO) at Outperform with a $575 price target after a two-day Silicon Valley bus tour, arguing the custom AI accelerator opportunity is broadening well beyond Google. Management told the firm that Anthropic’s 5GW programme is Anthropic-funded demand separate from Google’s internal TPU work, and that OpenAI and Anthropic could each eventually match or exceed Google in scale. NVIDIA (NVDA) also stays Outperform at $400, with Intel (INTC) and NXP Semiconductors (NXPI) held at Market-Perform.
