In a report titled “CNH Credit Reimagined II: The Rise of a Strategic Funding Market”, the analysis argues that the offshore renminbi bond market has entered a new phase defined by rapid growth in size, a broader investor base, a more diversified issuer universe and a meaningful extension in duration. Since end-2021, the report says, CNH has evolved from a niche venue into a strategically important component of China’s offshore capital markets.
