We count how many ETFs are in each Weinstein Stage and how many pass the Minervini checklist across the full universe to determine whether the market favours aggressive buying or capital preservation.

Avoid (Stage 3-4): KWEB, XLC, XRT, ITB, XHB, BOTZ, GLD, SLV, REMX, URA, NLR, NG1!, TAN, TLT.

Stage 2 leaders: DIA(S2 (weak)), RSP(S2 (weak)), SCHD(Overextended), QQEW(Overextended).

Stage 2 leaders: SPY(Overextended), QQQ(S2 (weak)).
