Intuitive Surgical Q3 Beat: What It Means for ISRG Shares

In a report titled “Intuitive Surgical 3Q26: Huge beat on capital; buy the dip”, the analysis argues that the after-hours sell-off in Intuitive Surgical Inc (ISRG) misreads a quarter defined by exceptional capital momentum. Revenue of $3.05bn grew 22% and came in 5% ahead of consensus of $2.90bn, while adjusted EPS of $3.00 grew 25% and beat consensus of $2.64 by 13.6%. Excluding a $0.06 per diluted share benefit from tariff refunds, EPS of $2.94 still beat by more than 11%.
