UBS on Samsung Electronics: AI Memory Demand Undimmed — Buy, Won535k

UBS has reiterated a Buy rating on Samsung Electronics (005930.KS) with a 12-month price target of Won535,000, arguing that AI-driven memory demand shows no sign of the slowdown other houses have called for. The broker’s 3Q26 operating profit forecast of Won117tn sits 6% ahead of Visible Alpha consensus, and its 2027 estimate is 19% above consensus. UBS also lifted its Samsung GDR price target to US$9,780 from US$9,690.
